        Common questions

        Why do you have two warehouses?

        Miami covers the East Coast and Los Angeles covers the West Coast. Shipping each order from the nearest coast cuts transit time and lowers postage, because packages travel shorter distances in cheaper carrier zones.

        Is there a minimum order volume?

        No hard minimum. Most brands we work with ship 300 or more orders a month, and our pricing gets better as you grow.

        How long does onboarding take?

        About two weeks from signed agreement to first shipped order. Store integration takes minutes, and your first inbound shipment is received within 48 hours of arrival.

        Can you use my branded boxes and inserts?

        Yes. Send us your packaging, inserts and gift notes and we'll set packing rules per product, channel or order tag.

        Do you handle wholesale and Amazon FBA orders?

        Yes. B2B, retail and FBA replenishment run from the same inventory as your online orders, with routing-guide compliance and EDI.

        Which carriers do you ship with?

        We rate-shop major national and regional carriers on every order and pick the cheapest option that still meets your delivery promise.
